Help
What is Lidley?
Lidley exists to reduce the mental load of everyday life.
It helps with the small things that are easy to miss when life is busy: putting the right bins out, keeping track of MOT and tax, and spotting dates that moved without you noticing.
No chasing. No remembering. No surprises.
One less thing to think about.

For councils
How do you access council data?
We use publicly available information and check it regularly.
Do you put load on council systems?
We keep request volume low, pace checks, and use caching to reduce impact.
Do you bypass protections?
No. We respect council systems and do not bypass protections.
Can councils provide data in a better way?
Yes. If you have a preferred feed or API, we would welcome a conversation: hello@lidley.co.uk.
What is the intended outcome?
Fewer missed collections, fewer confused residents, and less avoidable contact pressure on local services.
